**Phase I of the Project**
The total investment of Phase I of the project is 700 million yuan, of which the fixed asset investment is 600 million yuan, and the factory building area is 96,000 square meters. The interior decoration began in April 2024, production started in August, and it achieved the standard for being included in the statistical scope of enterprises above a designated size in November. It has newly installed 49 nylon texturing production lines and 500 spandex covered yarn machine production lines, and it is currently the largest production base for nylon POY and DTY in the province with the most advanced production capacity and production technology.
**Phase II of the Project**
The Phase II project of producing 100,000 tons of nylon spinning per year is located on the north side of the existing industrial park, covering an area of 150 mu. It will newly install 5 units of fully automatic doffing equipment for spinning, digital texturing equipment, and an automated warehousing system, and build a globally advanced nylon spinning production line. After the project reaches its production capacity and performance standards, it is expected to achieve an annual output value of over 3 billion yuan and pay taxes of over 50 million yuan.
